We are smoking regularly, except for 6 weeks in the spring when we pause smoking to concentrate on lambing and calving on the farm. 

We do small batch smokes and can sell out pretty quickly.   If you want to try our lamb and we are out of stock on the website, please email us and we will send you a current order form and approximate timescales for smoking and subsequent delivery.  The lamb is cooked low and slow and whilst we don’t want to make people wait, good things come to those who wait!
