Our Roast Smoked Lamb Joint is well seasoned and long smoked. It will be smoked to medium.
Please note that the item WILL be dispatched to you FROZEN, full re-heat instructions will be included, but all you need to do is bring a large pan of water to a gentle simmer then place the entire sealed bag into the water for approximately 30 minutes or until piping hot, then carve and enjoy.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the products reach you frozen, if they arrive chilled and not frozen you are not able to refreeze them. In that instance they need to be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days.
Your order will be posted in a woolcool insulated package, so please email us with any specific delivery instructions, or enter a delivery address where the parcel won’t be left sitting out for longer than necessary.

Smoked Lamb just perfect, taste superb, we did not freeze just steamed today. Will buy again. We thought the pulled Lamb was good but the joint was perfect. The taste with that hint of smoke unbelievable. The smoking of the joint to a medium texture perfect. Look forward to more products.
