Description
Our Roast Smoked Lamb Joint is well seasoned and long smoked.
Full re-heat instructions will be included, but all you need to do is bring a large pan of water to a simmer then place the entire sealed bag into the water for approximately 30 minutes or until piping hot, then carve and enjoy.
Your order will be posted in an insulated package, so please email us with any specific delivery instructions, or enter a delivery address where the parcel won’t be left sitting out for longer than necessary. If you leave a mobile number, our courier will text you updates.
Please note that the item WILL be dispatched to you FROZEN and whilst every effort is made to ensure they reach you frozen, if they arrive chilled and not frozen you are not able to refreeze them. In that instance they need to be refrigerated and consumed with 5 days.

Lamb perfect. Steamed lamb in bag not immersed in water . Just as good. Will order again.
